We believe it is important to recognize the value of social work and it is equally important to provide learning opportunities for volunteers and staffs as well as to provide compensation and benefits that are adequate to sustain the livelihood of staff members and their families.

Our Future Plan
It is anticipated that ISP will in future train parents/ guardian in entrepreneurship and a business culture so as to change their attitude towards sustainable and growing business to support their families. Management also projects to offer the proposed project’s regional outlook through building networks, collaborations and partnership with like-minded parties.
Conclusion
Based on the content and future economic environment in Uganda, the management of ISP is convinced that this plan is a duly considered worthwhile venture with sustainable educational partnership returns both in the short and long run.
We will be very grateful if you get us any possible assistance to put in place the above highlighted educational development plans and we look forward to monitoring the educational programs within member partnership schools and foreign institutions for the benefit of participating ISP educational partnership programs.
